Our Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship in 1-3 days via the US Postal Service. Cost of Parcel Post or Priority mail will be added when accessories are purchased. Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped.
Our Return Policy
We strive to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. Please let us know within 14 days if the product you have received is defective in any way. We will replace the item or credit your account. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the error is ours.
We cannot, however, accept returns on tea. If trying a tea you are unfamiliar with, we suggest ordering only 2 ounces. Do let us know if you have any issues with your tea purchase though, and we will work with you on providing a suitable replacement.
